There could be many reasons for this. It could be as simple as using a really old
web browser to the connection being timed out. If this happens e-mail us right away by
clicking on the customer support link at the bottom of this page. First,
wait ten minutes and then check your e-mail. If your order went through we will

All orders on placed on a secure server with 128 bit SSL encryption. In layman's terms

They start at $75 an hour, though the rate may decrease if more
coaching time is purchased. There are also group discount rates as

There are currently two ways to get a discounted rate. The first way is to invest in
one of our products. The Date Pro ebook will give you the foundation that
you will need to make your coaching time much more effective.
The second way is to invest in more than three hours or get a group together
to get a group rate (which will always be lower than the individual rate).

1. I sent you an e-mail over 2 days ago and
haven't heard back from you, what's wrong?
There are only two reasons why this will happen. First, if there
is any profane language in the e-mail it will be automatically
blocked. You can write something like "..your ebook kicks a**.."
and the e-mail will go through.
A second reason would be that there was a technical problem beyond our
control, just resend us your e-mail or call us if it's urgent. Also
keep in mind that we are closed on weekends and all major US holidays.

2. What are your normal business hours?
